Customer Extranet Now Available for Order Tracking
Blanchard is happy to announce that we have recently launched a customer Extranet, to provide you with added convenience in tracking your Blanchard orders. Going forward, you can view the status of your shipments, by accessing your account via this Extranet. Once an order has been shipped, the tracking number will be available to you, as well as your invoice for each order.
The Extranet is accessed by clicking on “Customer Login” on the home page of the Blanchard website.
Your account’s login credentials were sent to the email address on file. If you need them re-sent, please call customer service at 800-367-4009 and they will be happy to provide them for you.
